Unlike many companies, Cooleraid Ltd do not operate from busy call centres where you spend valuable time on hold, but in fact, we make a guarantee to our customers that all calls will be answered within 3 rings by a person. All customers receive a dedicated account manager who is always your primary point of contact for all queries, orders, technical issues, and general questions.

Whilst providing an unrivalled service and guaranteed best prices, we also donate 10% of all rental revenue and 35p from every bottle of water sold to the Lifeline Fund. Since 1999 we have donated over £10,000,000 to help those less fortunate than ourselves and our long-standing commitment to the Lifeline Fund has helped to make a real difference to the lives of thousands of orphaned children and communities in Malawi, Africa.
