Off the Beaten truck is a collective of top quality street food traders. We manage weekly markets and events at multiple sites working only with independent businesses with an emphasis on high quality and carefully sourced ingredients. Each of our traders are local to Cambridgeshire and all of the food is freshly prepared and cooked to order.
