Emily is the Co-Founder and CEO of Jeco Bowl, an event catering company serving 100% vegan and gluten free acai bowls, pancake stacks, protein shakes, speciality coffee and hot drinks. Inspired by travels and a passion for sustainability, Jeco Bowl is disrupting the event catering industry with their ability to serve up fast, planet-conscious, healthier food and drink. Emily builds her business with a strong belief that looking after your Team is one of the most important aspects of success. Outside of her business, she enjoys training for half Ironmans, networking and travelling.
