Fabio Ferriera is the Co-Founder of Notes Coffee Roasters & Bars, one of London's leading specialty coffee operators. Born in Brazil into a family of coffee farmers, Fabio's passion for specialty coffee grew after discovering its potential in Europe. Since launching Notes in 2010, he has combined his heritage with a vision to make specialty coffee more accessible, sustainable, and impactful. Notes now operates across 17 prime London locations, sourcing directly from farms and roasting high-grade, single-origin coffees. Favio is particularly committed to creating long-term change in the industry, championing initiatives that support producers and protect the environment. His most ambitious sustainability project to date is the Roast-Tree Club, launched in partnership with Daterra in Brazil, which has become the largest reforestation initiative in specialty coffee.
