Thom is the co-founder of Pizza Pilgrims - a Neapolitan pizzeria company based in London. After a six week “Pizza Pilgrimage” through Italy in 2011, he founded the business on a market stall in Soho in March 2012 with his brother James. Since then, the company has grown to a multi-site business, primarily in London but also in major cities and towns across the UK. The business itself is focused on “Making people happier, one pizza at a time” with a laser focus on product quality and looking after and developing its people. Oh, and puns. Obviously lots of puns.
