About Sonja Wittenberg & Eve Wagg

Eve is founder and CEO of Well Grounded, starting the organisation to change lives. With over 15 years experience in the 3rd sector, she has led the organisation from a pilot programme to one that now runs two academies in London, supporting over 450 individuals to access the training and support they need to thrive in careers in the coffee industry. Sonja is Commercial Director, heading up the organisation''s commercial strategy and working together with leading sector employers and working with corporates on spending for the social good, whilst building a talent pipeline from the local community. As female leaders, they are passionate about working together with the industry to create social change and making it a more diverse and inclusive place for future generations.
